Kelly Moulton, a respected leader in the title industry, has driven double-digit growth in the local market over the past two and a half years, leveraging 25 years of experience in financial services. Originally from Atlanta, Kelly now thrives in Pensacola, serving on the board of the Children’s Home Society of Florida, supporting youth lacrosse, and passionately building relationships in the community.

Tracy Ratzin, Senior Escrow Officer at Pensacola Title Company and a licensed title agent in Florida and Alabama, brings over 35 years of industry experience and a reputation for expertise and professionalism. A dedicated advocate for continuing education, she co-founded the Pensacola Association of Realtors Career Boost class and the Perdido Area Blue Ribbon Marketing Meeting, supporting Realtors’ growth and success across the region. Most importantly, Tracy is a proud Pensacolian who loves the Blue Angels and the strong sense of community they represent!

Jessica Zink, Escrow Officer at Pensacola Title Company, brings over a decade of real estate experience specializing in title closings, escrow services, market analysis, and office operations. Originally an Air Force brat, Jessica eventually settled in the Pensacola area with her family and proudly calls it home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, reading a good book, and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles every fall, Go Noles!

Amy Salter, Escrow Officer at Pensacola Title Company, has been in the title industry since 2013 and likes to say she was “born into it.” As one of two sisters in the office, Amy brings a welcoming personality and strong relationships to every closing. She enjoys being part of some of life’s biggest moments, from exciting new beginnings to meaningful endings. Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with her family and making memories with the people closest to her.

Teri Kitchen, Senior Escrow Officer at Pensacola Title Company, brings over 40 years of experience in the title industry and a wealth of knowledge to every closing. Known for being quiet but quirky, Teri enjoys building relationships with clients and helping guide them through the closing process with care and professionalism. Outside of work, she loves reading, watching movies, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Tracy Hausfeld, Escrow Officer at Pensacola Title Company, has worked in the title industry for over 20 years and is proud to be a third-generation Pensacolian. Working alongside her sister at Pensacola Title Company, Tracy brings both experience and personality to the closing process while building strong relationships with clients along the way. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two kids, relaxing on vacations, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide, Roll Tide!

Peggy Jones, a Pensacola native, brings extensive experience in sales and marketing from her role at a large manufacturing company, where she coordinated regional and national sales and marketing efforts. Leading a team of 17 sales representatives, Peggy oversaw the successful launch of two new product lines, formulated nationwide pricing and sales strategies, and created comprehensive national training programs. 

Chelsey Jennings, Closing Assistant at Pensacola Title Company, brings mortgage and real estate industry experience dating back to 2015, most recently working as a mortgage loan officer. A Pensacola native, Chelsey is passionate about her community and loves being involved in local organizations and events. Known for her positive energy and team-player attitude, she enjoys cooking, gardening, making jewelry, spending time with her cats, and spending time at Celebrations on the weekends.

Ellen Couture, a Navy brat who settled in Pensacola with her husband, has a strong background as a paralegal and real estate processor. Known for her efficiency, experience, and calm demeanor, she ensures smooth closings while enjoying time with her grandchildren and cheering on her beloved Florida Gators.
